NEW LAWNS

For new lawns we grade the site to achieve proper drainage. We also clear away any post-construction debris or unwanted vegetation.

For all lawn work we begin by evaluating the soil. Poor soils containing little organic matter are amended with fresh, high-quality topsoil.

Proper grading and drainage is crucial for establishing healthy lawns and plants. Low areas of poor drainage, or problem areas with heavy soils can be corrected.

Shade patterns from trees, vegetation, and building structures are
considered to help determine the selection of appropriate high-quality seed. Selection of top cover protection ensures maximum germination.

RESTORATION

Existing lawns can in some cases be reseeded or overseeded if warranted. But frequently, complete removal and replacement of existing lawn is the best approach to ensure the growth of a lush, healthy lawn.
